Raised in New Jersey and a longtime Hudson County resident, Sandra brings over twenty years of specialized experience in residential development and municipal design, backed by a current New Jersey Professional Planner (PP) license, American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license.

While dedicating the last four years to raising her son in Jersey City, Sandra has gained a deep, personal appreciation for the neighborhood dynamics, local parks, and community infrastructure that make Hudson County thrive. This unique combination of high-level urban planning expertise and local motherhood allows her to offer an unmatched perspective, expertly guiding first-time homebuyers toward their perfect neighborhoods and helping developers successfully launch new construction projects.
