The Junior Board is a group of passionate, community-minded young leaders who support the mission of the Foundation while developing their own leadership, service, and professional skills.
Junior Board members serve as ambassadors for the Foundation, helping raise awareness, engage their peers, support fundraising and community events, and identify new opportunities to advance the organization’s impact. Through hands-on involvement, members gain valuable experience in nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, event planning, communications, and community engagement.
The Junior Board also provides a meaningful pathway for the next generation of supporters to become actively involved in the Foundation. By bringing fresh perspectives, energy, and innovative ideas to the organization, Junior Board members help ensure that the Foundation remains connected to the needs, interests, and aspirations of today’s youth.
Above all, the Junior Board is about leadership through service—empowering young people to make a difference in their communities while building the skills and relationships that will shape them as future leaders and philanthropists.
